Remind fiilinin Türkçe karşılığı “hatırlatmak” olmakla birlikte, düzenli bir fiil olduğundan İngilizce’de fiilin 2. Hali “reminded” şeklindedir.

Remind fiili 2. haliyle cümle içerisinde kullanılacağında fiile “-ed” eki getirilir ve cümlede başka bir değişiklik olmaz. Olumsuz hali ise “did not remind” şeklinde yazılır.

Remind fiili 2. hali ile cümle içerisinde kullanılacağında fiile “-ed” eki getirildiğinden bahsetmiştik. 3. hali ile kullanılmak istendiğinde ise “reminded” fiilinin başına “have / has” yardımcı fiili getirilir. Olumsuz hali ise “have not / has not reminded” şeklinde kullanılır.
