After the Battle of \u00c7ald\u0131ran in 1516, the Ottoman Empire took Elaz\u0131\u011f to control.<\/p>\n

The name of Elaz\u0131\u011f, which has been a Turkish country for many years, was given by Atat\u00fcrk in 1937 as El’az\u0131k, which means granary, and abundance. It changed to Elaz\u0131\u011f in time.<\/p>\n

Elaz\u0131\u011f, bir\u00e7ok medeniyete ev sahipli\u011fi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda Anadolu beylikleri ve Mo\u011follar gelmektedir. 1516 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki \u00c7ald\u0131ran Sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131nda da Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu hakimiyetine girmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
