So why did our author decide to write such a book? While James Clear was in high school, a rushed baseball bat hit his face. It took months to heal after this accident resulting in a concussion and a few fractures. Despite this accident, our writer who wanted to return to his baseball career believed in the power of minor changes. After some time, he returned to his career, taking part in the American academy. Today, our writer has reached millions and has taught people to change behavior that is good for him. There are many lessons to be learned from his book. Here are some of them;<\/p>\n<p>Our first lesson; All habits are based on 4 steps; cue, craving, response, and reward. People are directed by an invisible hand to achieve their goals. According to James, it is an invisible hand that shapes human behavior. This hand may not always be external. So the first step will always be the cue. Then the request takes place and the reaction is seen. With the reward, this cycle ends. In our second lesson, we encounter another cycle. To make habits visible, we must make them clear, attractive, easy and satisfying. In this way, we can make our habits permanent. We can do the opposite of this cycle for our bad habits.
