Example Answer: It was very difficult for me to attend school, to work part-time and to continue certain projects. Especially in my last year, I felt that everything was overlapping when I was writing my graduation thesis. In the middle of all these projects, I developed my skills in time management and prepared a color-coded calendar for myself in order to regulate my intensity. By setting up a Facebook group where we share our activities and ideas, I selected some volunteers from the team for this group. I organized three events every semester. Thanks to our activities, our donations increased considerably. It was asked me to continue this duty and responsibility until the last year.
