In his book, William R. Tracey defines Human Resources like that; \u2018\u2019 It\u2019s the people that staff and operates an organization.\u2019\u2019<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>So briefly,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>we can say that it\u2019s the department that provides the need of human of an organization and also controls the performance of that need. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>What They Do?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0The human resources department can\u2019t do anything that\u2019s against the mission and vision of the company. They focus on marketing strategies and then provide the staff that the company needs. They are not directly investing in humans. They need to employ new staff who\u2019ll be easily able to get adapted to the company\u2019s rules and improve the product and service portfolio of the institution. They are not only expected to employ new staff. They also have to control the performance of the current staff and report it. The most important part of their job is to educate the staff and improve their performance. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>The History of Human Resources<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">It was first seen after the Industrial Revolution. The first staff offices that were seen at the end of the 19th century are thought to be the pioneers of the human resources work. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Human Resources Interview Questions<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Here you can find the most frequent questions asked in the HR round.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p4\"><b>1)Tell me a little bit about yourself.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">This is a typical question. You can easily answer it by trying to cover your accomplishment in your answer. While answering this question, you should mostly focus on your strengths and try not to confuse your interests or dislikes with strength and weakness. You should also choose a weakness that\u2019ll be okay with the job. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>4) Why should we hire you?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s1\">To answer this question, you should avoid saying that you need a job or money. Instead, you should emphasize on your talent and uniqueness without exaggerating it.
