Republicanism<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
Republicanism stands for \u2018government through the will of the people\u2019. It is based on elections therefore it means popular sovereignty. According to that, It is only the republican regime that best represents the wishes of the people. Democracy is the structure of the state and the most appropriate government is the republic. <\/span><\/p>\n Cumhuriyet\u00e7ilik<\/b> Nationalism<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n In general terms, nationalism means independency. According to this principle, the Turkish people protect and promote the moral, spiritual, cultural and humanistic values of the Turkish Nation. Also, \u201cTurkish Nation\u201d stands for the all people who live in the Republic of Turkey. <\/span><\/p>\n Milliyet\u00e7ilik Populism<\/strong><\/p>\n Populism is based on a perception that no individual, no family, no class, and no organization is above others. What constitutes the values of Populism are self-government, popularly elected leaders, and regular elections. <\/span><\/p>\n Halk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> Statism<\/strong><\/p>\n It\u2019s a principle that explains the government\u2019s duties and responsibilities in social, economic, and cultural development. According to that, the state regulates the country\u2019s general economic activity and it takes responsibility in areas where private enterprise is not quite willing to do so, or where private enterprise is inadequate, or if national interest requires it.<\/span><\/p>\n Devlet\u00e7ilik<\/strong> Secularism<\/strong><\/p>\n Secularism stands for the principle of separation of the state from religious institutions. It\u2019s also based on independence of thought. According to this principle, religion should be separated from educational, cultural and legal affairs. As a conclusion, religion shouldn\u2019t be involved in the ordinary social, political activities of a country. <\/span><\/p>\n Laiklik<\/strong> Revolutionism<\/b><\/p>\n Generally, it means adopting the modern concepts instead of traditional ones. Buna g\u00f6re, halk\u0131n iradesini ve isteklerini temsil eden en iyi rejim Cumhuriyettir. Devletin y\u00f6netim \u015fekli demokrasidir ve buna en uygun y\u00f6netim Cumhuriyettir.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bu prensibe g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 T\u00fcrk milletinin ahlaki, manevi ve insani de\u011ferlerini korur ve y\u00fckseltir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetinde ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm insanlar anlam\u0131na gelir. <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
