Bulgaria\u2019s survey is 110.994 and its culture, nature and historical beauties attracts many tourists every year. Especially nature tourism is very developed in every season of the year. Country is between the east and west (Asia and Europe) and from past to today Thracians, Slavs, Byzantines and Ottomans ruled in that lands. The country is ruled by Parliamentary Democracy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bulgaria\u2019s capital city is Sophia and Sophia is one of the richest cities in terms of culture of the world. Students around the world prefer this city for their university education. So, country always develops its museums, libraries and searching centers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Rila Abbey which is Balkan\u2019s biggest Orthodox abbey is in the list of UNESCOs. Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Stara Zagora, Pleven, Sliven, Dobrich, Shumen are the most important cities of Bulgaria. Sophia is the capital city and the biggest city of the country. The other districts which are worth to see are; Pamporovo Skiing Center, Sunny Beach and Svilegrad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bulgaria has Romania in the north, Serbia and Macedonia in the west, Turkey and Greece in the south and Black Sea in the east. It is one of the countries which is in Balkan Peninsula.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Country\u2019s official language is Bulgarian which belongs to Indian-European language family. Language uses Cyrillic alphabet and it is known as a little bit hard to learn among the roman alphabet users. Bulgarian also is the first Slavonic language which was written down.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Most of the population adopts Christianity as religion in the country. In terms of sectarian, many Christians are Orthodox in Bulgaria. Except of Christians, there is a big number of Muslims which are called as \u201cPomak\u201d. There are also Jews, Gregorian and Alawites.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After Romans and Byzantines; Ottoman Empire ruled Bulgaria. Bulgaria has become a member of European Union in 2007.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Summer starts in June and ends in October in Bulgaria. Winter generally occurs between December and February and a lot of tourists go this small country for skiing in winter. Winters are also called as \u201cskiing season\u201d because of this reason. Average temperature level is between 0 and 22 among the year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After first and second world war, economy of the country became weak however, thanks to reforms which comes with European Union membership makes a development in the economy. Today Bulgaria exports many different products to the other countries such as solid mineral fuel, oily seed, fruits, tree, wood stuff, plastic and lead.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are looking for places to see or activities to do, we can say that you are lucky. Because Bulgaria is famous with its skiing season. Except of this, in summer you can enjoy with beaches and sea sides. Night clubs and pubs are also well designed to satisfy tourists and students. Especially Sophia is preferred by tourists because you can have your dinner in company with a lovely music and beautiful nature.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There are also very beautiful festivals in Bulgaria which addresses almost every taste. International Masquearade Festival which is organized to remember Pagan traditions, Sophia International Film Festival, Kukerlandia Festival which is a kind of mask and costume party, Sophia Jazz Festival, Bulgaria Salsa Festival and Varna Summer Festival are the most known festivals in Bulgaria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The country has many different ethnicities from all around the world so we can say that it has a rich cuisine. Mediterranean cuisine, Turkish cuisine and European cuisine gives Bulgarians a variety in dishes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00dclkenin resmi dili, Hint-Avrupa dil ailesine ait olan Bulgarca\u2019d\u0131r. Bu dil Kiril Alfabesi kullan\u0131r ve Latin Alfabesi kullananlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda biraz \u00f6\u011frenmesi zor bir dil olarak tan\u0131n\u0131r. Birinci ve \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, \u00fclke ekonomisi gittik\u00e7e zay\u0131flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fcyeli\u011fi ile gelen reformlar sayesinde ekonomi epey geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bug\u00fcn Bulgaristan, kat\u0131 mineral ya\u011f, ya\u011fl\u0131 tohum, meyve, a\u011fa\u00e7, ah\u015fap \u00fcr\u00fcnler, plastik ve kur\u015fun gibi pek \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ihra\u00e7 etmektedir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fclecek yerler ya da yap\u0131lacak aktiviteler konusunda yard\u0131ma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z varsa, Bulgaristan tercihiyle \u015fansl\u0131 oldu\u011funuzu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Zira Bulgaristan \u00f6zellikle kayak mevsimi ile \u00fcnl\u00fcd\u00fcr. Pagan geleneklerini unutturmamak ad\u0131na d\u00fczenlenen Uluslararas\u0131 Masquearade Festivali, Sofya Uluslararas\u0131 Film Festivali, bir t\u00fcr maske ve kost\u00fcm partisi olan Kukerlandia Festivali, Sofya Caz Festivali, Bulgaristan Salsa Festivali ve Varna Yaz Festivali \u00fclkede en bilinen festivallerdir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca Bulgaristan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n hemen her yerinden farkl\u0131 etnik k\u00f6keni b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r bu sebeple de zengin bir mutfa\u011fa sahip oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.
